today start our school bball team training..

training like play play..
i dont like ppl nt serious when training neh..
i will change my face to black colour one..
but still okok la..
then i turn my face back to normal colour..
and then got some dumb bit have to teach them lur..
later got high blood pleasure jau cham jor..
