let say back last wednesday geh competition..
tat day hor..
we won jor leh..
happy dou..

our scores to smk saujana..
i'm top scorer of the match..
wahaha..
i scored 15 points..
and 1 3point leh..
tat day we look like play play like tat lo..
play till high high jor..
tat day we all play vry well la..
then our teams got many fouls lo..
4 players got 4 fouls and 1 player foul out..
neh..
tat s.p la..
duno wat happen with her la..
tat afternoon they gt interzone match she also foul out lo..
1 day got 2 foul outs leh..
so pro ah her..
haha..
vry funny one la her..
saujana them fight with their teammates lo..
duno wat happen also..
and then cz tat reason their coach angry with them dy...
come on..

no need like tat..

i think i play till nt good tat day..

then close ceremony tat day i understand dy..
it is “最佳十杰球员”..
for those good players geh..
then i got the 奖杯..

that was the first prize tat improtant and meaningful to me la..

MSSD training..

28th-30th April i had basketball training for MSSD Hulu Langat..
the first day we reach thr late leh..
the teacher duno how to go to semenyih so i terpaksa go thr with teacher first(Alex train at thr) aftertat oni go my training place thr..
the training start at 8.30am..
but h.jing n me reach thr at 9am..
they all start training dy lo..
we finished the morning training at 11am..
then the afternoon training start at 2pm..
we sit at thr like a noob la with sg.long geh players..
the coach taught us many thgs nia..
good good..
he's yu hua coach..
today our training finish earlier bcz the coach say if we continue training then tmr morning cannot wake up dy..
he mean tat we dont have enuf energy to continue training la..
hw poor we are..
then the nxt day geh training almost same with the first day one..
but got train new thgs la(our defence)..
we learn new thgs again..
haha..
good good..
the coach told us tat the third day we have to train at yu hua..

tat mean we have to train under the hot sun..

luckily tat morning the sun treat us good if nt..
we become black chicken dy..
morning the coach nt free so another coach named ah ling coach us..
